Jimin's brave story at age 5 is going viral




Park Jimin is not also known by the nickname "Fairy Jimin" for his unreal beauty but also for his warm heart, always spreading kindness to everyone. ARMYs often emphasize that the male idol always uses beautiful, sweet words and thoughtful actions to treat them and the staff. He rarely uses informal language and always carefully before speaking or acting.

RM has also never held back in praising his younger brother's personality. "I could talk about this person all day. He's very lovely. I think that's his greatest asset. A lot of people like Jimin. He's someone who always puts others before himself. He's the pivot when he is on stage."

Not to mention the colleagues who have worked and interacted with him. There is no one who has not been won over by the idol's likeable personality.

But the image of a kind idol who always knows how to care for others did not appear by any chance. It was nurtured and formed early in him from childhood, even when he was just 5 years old. Recently on Twitter, when a photo of Jimin from his kindergarten days was shared once again, a story about his admirable action at that time also went viral.

Specifically, little Jimin went to the police station alone just to return exactly 50 cents he had accidentally found on the street. This is also a story confirmed by the idol himself in episode 12 of Run BTS!.

Some ARMYs have shared a photo of Jimin, smaller than his peers, with a touching but slightly humorous captions: "If you ever feel sad then just remember that this 5 years old little Jimin once went to the police station all by himself to return the 50 cents he found on the ground. Now you're even sadder,"  to emphasize his genuine, precious heart from the very beginning.






That act was just about returning a wallet or some money to its owner, it also carried honesty, responsibility, and admirable moral qualities, existing regardless of age. In a world where kind actions sometimes become rare, that innocence and obedience more fans deeply, even making them reflect on themselves.

The story also reminds ARMYs of many similar moments of Jimin in the past. Jimin's aunt once said that when he was 10 years old, after seeing a middle-aged man collecting cardboard boxes and packaging in the freezing winter weather, he told her with a worried look: "His feet must be burned from being soaked in water in such cold weather."

Touching by Jimin's gaze, she gave him 10,000 won to buy rice and soup for the man. Afterwards, little Jimin was overjoyed after helped the man.

One more recently, when the incident of comedian Lee Jinho going bankrupt due to gambling broke out, Jimin's kindness shone once again. Jimin lent Lee 100 million won (approx. $74.000) in 2022, with the loan documented through promissory note. Lee promised to repay it after a week but did not as promised. When Jimin learned Lee had not intention of repaying, he was still generous and said it was fine to repay it within 10 years.






No matter how many years pass, no matter that he has become a global idol, he has never changed his inherent nature and has even spread love and taught valuable qualities to many people. To ARMYs, Jimin is not only an idol on stage, but also an admirable figure to look up to.
