BTS Generates 56 Billion KRW in Media Value at Second-Half Fashion Weeks

A report has been revealed that global super group BTS generated approximately 56 billion KRW in media value during the second-half fashion weeks.

According to influencer marketing platform Lefty, cited by their agency Big Hit Music on the 15th, BTS achieved approximately $39.26 million (about 56 billion KRW) in Earned Media Value (EMV) during the 2026 S/S Women's Fashion Week period.

This metric converts the reach, engagement, and brand exposure of social content into monetary value and is widely used in the fashion industry to assess the influence of specific individuals.

The coincide with the 2026 S/S collection season in September and October, BTS members attended major fashion weeks in New York (USA), Milan (Italy), and Paris (France). RM (Bottega Veneta), Jin (Gucci), Jimin (Dior), V (Celine), Jungkook (Calvin Klein). They were invited to shows by the brands for which they serve as ambassadors, drawing attention from global fasion figures and media.

In the "Top Influencers" report ramkings, Jin and RM placed 2nd and 6th at Milan Fashion Week, while V and Jimin ranked 3rd and 10th at Paris Fashion Week.

By simpliy attending the Calvin Klein show, Jungkook generated $7.44 million (about 10.6 billion KRW) in media value—30% of the brand's total EMV.
 
Additionally, according to global PR analytics platform Onclusive, Jin and RM were the #1 and #2 most-mentioned figures on social media during Milan Fashion Week, Jin alone accounted for 37.5% of all mentions from the entire event, Jimin ranked 2nd during Paris Fashion Week with a 17.06% share of mention.

Back in January, J-Hope attended the 2025 A/W Men's Collection show for Louis Vuitton as an ambassador, attractiong significant attention. He generated $6.68 million (about 9.5 billion KRW) in media value, ranking #1 among top influencers. His content alone made up 24% of the show's total media value.
 
Big Hit Music stated, "BTS has once again proven their position at the center of global influence, attracting attention from fashion brands worldwide. Beyond music, they exert influence across fashion and culture, solidifying their status as global trendsetters."
 
 
 
 
 
Meanwhile, member Suga is also cultivating another kind of 'fashion (passion)' through the positive impact of his music, including projects like the Min Yoongi Treatment Center.
 
Looking ahead, BTS is accelarating their work with the goal of a spring 2026 comeback. Along with the release of a new album, they have announced plans for a large-scale world tour.
