The name of BTS's Jimin has once again been engraved atop newly rewritten world music chart records. The journey of a young man born in Korea, who once dreamed of standing on stage, has now become a symbol that connects the boundaries of genre, nationally, and language—and at the center of it all flows both the intense artistic contemplation and warm actions of Jimin as an artist.

As of December 1, Jimin achieved his 70th consecutive week on the U.S. Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. the U.S. charts with his second solo album "MUSE" and its title track "Who." This moment demonstrated his extraordinary status and strength, as "Who" became the first and only K-pop solo song to reach 70 weeks on both charts. Rather than simple chart competition, it is a result rooted in steady global love, sharpening Jimin's musical presence more than ever.

In particular, "Who" reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts twice and drew long-lasting global attention purely through Jimin's own musical colour and capability as a solo artist. Achieving this without collaborations with major Western artists—relying solely on his voice and performance—symbolically shows the furthest extent a K-pop solo artist can reach.

On the Billboard album chart, "Muse" become the first album to reach No. 1 eight times and recorded an additional milestone with 70 consecutive weeks on the chart. "Muse" also reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200, the highest ranking for any K-pop solo album, and even Jimin's first solo album, "Face," achieved the same result—making both albums the longest-charting K-pop solo albums in the chart's history. The "Face" title track, "Like Crazy," also charted continuously for 61 and 68 weeks on Billboard, proving just how unrivaled Jimin's achievements are as a K-pop solo artist..

On Spotify, Jimin's presence is just as clear. "Who" secured its 69th No. 1 on Korea's Weekly Top Songs chart and spent over 450 days at No. 1 on Daily Top Songs chart. With "Who" surpassing 84.86 million streams and "Like Crazy" hitting 50 million streams, Jimin became the first and only artist on the platform to have two songs exceeded 50 million streams on the Korean charts. Jimin's "No. 1 power" on Spotify Korea shines even brighter because it is not a short-term result, but a new record to built on lasting support from fans and the general public.

Looking abroad, Jimin's influence in South America is equally evident. On Spotify Chile, "Who" surpassed 100 million filtered streams, becoming the first and only song by an Asian artist to enter the "Most-streamed songs in Chile of All Time" list at No. 17 with 491 consecutive days on the chart and 29 No. 1 finishes, Jimin has earned enthusiastic support from Chilean listeners, establishing himself as "the most beloved Asian artist" in the region.

More importantly, the emotional impact of his music has extended into acts of good. In celebration of Jimin's birthday, the Chilean fan club "Park Jimin_Chile" donated to multiple non-profit organizations supporting vulnerable groups, including Las Rosas, Hogar Misión de Maria, and Nuestros Hijos. These donations, benefiting children and teens, the elderly, paediatric cancer patients, and animals—neighbours offer overlooked—demonstrate how Jimin's artistic symbolism and positive influence expand to meaningful real-world action. This warm solidarity centred around Jimin's music continue to create real change with solidarity.

Jimin's "Who" continues to show unrivaled longevity, rewriting major platform records across Korea, the U.S., Europe, and and South America. With 428.75 million streams on Spotify U.S., the song ranked 84th, the highest position ever achieved by a K-pop song on the platform. Achieving this without collaborations with globally famous artists proves both inherent quality and worldwide appeal of Jimin's music.

Furthermore, as of October 2025, Jimin has maintained his No. 1 position in both Korea's boy group member reputation rankings and the comprehensive idol brand reputation rankings. He has earned broad public trust alongside his dominance in both solo and group activities. Beyond the reputation of BTS as group, Jimin's individual artistry, steady self-development, and on-stage delicacy present a clear direction and symbolism for the future of solo K-pop performers.

Jimin's path—majoring in modern dance, entering Busan Arts High School as the top student, and later performing on world stages as BTS's lead vocalist and main dancer—stands as a key example of how K-pop's globalization translates into concrete achievements and cultural change through one individual. His graceful dance lines, soothing vocals, sincere communication, and the emotional and cultural impact that transcends numbers all intertwine as Jimin engraved his name boldly on a page of global pop music history.

Through new record and meaningful actions, BTS's Jimin once again transforms reality into art, inspiring he to imagine just how far contemporary K-pop can reach. Jimin has now firmly established himself—not just across all global charts and fandoms—but as a true K-pop solo icon.
