Jimin Exposes an Embarrassing Story About a Member, Sending BTS and ARMY Into Laughter

 




The close friendship among the members of BTS has always been one of the aspects most highly praised by fans—and even the general public—especially because it has lasted for over a decade. Among these bonds, the admirable friendship of the "95z soulmate duo," Jimin and Taehyung, stands out in particular. From their grueling trainee days to their remarkable global success, the two have always stood by each other's side. Their long journey together has been filled with countless sweet memories, as well as untold "embarrassing" stories.

Recently, during an entertaining conversation, Jimin "exposed" an embarrassing story about Taehyung that left both BTS and ARMY unable to hold back their laughter. It was one of those very ordinary, everyday moments that fans found especially delightful, as it revealed a different side of the idols—something that cannot always be seen on stage.

The story dates back to their trainee days, when Jimin and Taehyung earned a small amount of money by working as backup dancers in a few music videos. For trainees, that money was both precious and meaningful, so Jimin decided to use part of it to treat himself a pair of pants and invited Taehyung to go shopping with him. What followed soon became history. 

Jimin recalled, "During our trainee days, I bought pants with Taehyung for the first time, using the money we earned from appearing as dancers in music videos. I saved up and bought the pants, and Taehyungie said, 'It's so pretty,' so I bought them. They were a bit tight, so I asked, 'Aren't they a bit small?' but he kept saying, 'No, they're pretty.'"


 
 
 
Trusting his close friend's enthusiasm and glowing praise, Jimin fully believed him and decided to spend his hard-earned money n the pants. However, the real tragedy began when the two returned to the dorm. As soon as Jimin put on the new pants to show them to the older members (the hyungs), he was immediately met with a harsh reality check. The BTS members expressed their confusion in unison, asking, "Why did you buy that?"
 
While Jimin was unsure how to explain himself, the overly enthusiastic "advisor" from earlier—Kim Taehyung—suddenly made an unexpected turn that left everyone stunned. Taehyung casually added, "I told you not to buy it!" When Jimin reached this part of the story, the BTS members burst into laughter at the second-youngest member's witty and comically two-faced reaction. Meanwhile, Taehyung, sitting beside him, could only laugh awkwardly, scratchhing his nose in an attempt to hide his embarrassment at being "called out" so directly.
 

 The story not only highlight the youthful innocence of the two young men in their early twenties, but also exposes Taehyung's "cleverness" in handling the situation—at least ensuring that the two of them would not both get scolded for making an ill-advised purchase. At the same time, it reveals a very ordinary and human side of the BTS members, making fans feel even closer to them, as if they were witnessing a moment between close friends or siblings in their own lives.
 
Despite the enthusiastic "expose," Jimin later shared another memory from 15 years ago that further confirmed Taehyung's warm-hearted nature. He recalled how difficult that period had been, saying, "I almost got kicked out of the company! They told us to arrange choreography, and Taehyung helped me every night, every dawn."
 
All of this goes to show that their friendship has endured for over a decade, encompasing every range of human emotion. Today, the bond between them has grown so strong that nothing could possibly break it, leaving fans with nothing but admiration for such a remarkable friendship.
