Jungkook reveals what makes him feels most frustrated during the latest live stream

On December 16, BTS held a live broadcast with all seven members present in the dance practice room at HYBE headquarters, sending ARMYs into a wave of excitement. The previous OT7 live stream had taken place several months earlier, when BTS gathered in the United States to work on a new album set for release next spring.

During the broadcast that day, Taehyung happened to read an ARMY's comment in the live chat and relayed it to the members, saying, "They want us to come more often." Hoseok immediately responded enthusiastically, "Come more often? Then let's do it," while Yoongi added, "Yeah, soon—since we're just practicing anyway," drawing agreement from Jimin who replied, "That's right." The group then went on to animatedly discuss the idea of a more polished broadcast—wearing suits, putting on makeup, and even cooking.

It didn't take long for those plans to turns into reality. On the 21st of this month—just five days after their most recent OT7 live stream—BTS returned with a more official broadcast, delivering early New Year's greetings to ARMYs around the world in multiple languages. This time, they looked noticeably more put together: Taehyung wore a suit jacket, while the otther members, though dressed comfortably, appeared neat and polished, no longer in outfits meantg for dance practice.

In the first part of the conversation, the members mostly talked about everyday topics and their recen lives. However, the moment that drew the most attention frim ARMYs came when Taehyung hinted, "Next year in January or February, I'm going to have to give some spoilers," prompting an extremely excited in response from the other members. Still, they didn't actually reveal much new information, only humming a few unusual melodies—just as Jin had warned: "Let's do something simple."

Taehyung then reminisced about plans they used to make around this time in previous years, asking, "Weren't we going to do something at the end of the year? Didn't we have plans?" Yoongi immediately replied, "Usually, we did something in New York," and Jungkook echoed the memory, saying, "We used to." Yoongi than added a specific event he still remembered: "Like Rocking Eve."

At that point, Jungkook suddenly made a remark that revealed considerable pent-up frustation: "We're doing something right now, but we can't talk about it, so it's really frustrating." He hinted that the members have prepared many things scheduled for release thiss year but cannot disclose them to fans yet because Big Hit Music has not made an official announcement. This revelation left fans both surprised that thrilled, sparking speculation about whether it might even include a large-scale-year-end event like Rocking Eve.

Jungkook's comment also reminded ARMYs of similar complaint made by several BTS members during a live stream five days earlier, where they expressed how badly they wanted to show fans what they had been working on. At the time, Namjoon blurted out, "I'm going crazy because I want to do it so badly. I really hate the end of this year," adding, "Things are gradually coming together, but it's so frustrating that we can't talk about it. HYBE, please hurry up and make an announcement." Jimin agreed, commenting, "This period feels longer than expected, which makes it frustrating."

With the members nearly bursting with excitement—eager to share their upcoming plans and repeatedly emphasizing just how incredible the music on the new album is—ARMYs believe that BTS's long-awaited comeback after three years will be explosive. This only further fuels the global buzz as the New Year approaches in just ten days, with the group's return seemingly just around the corner.

On social media, ARMYs floodded comment sections discussing the members' remarks, particularly the Golden Maknae's latest statement, unable to hide their overwhelming curiosity and anticipation.

ARMYs' comments:

1. Sounds like big year-end nostalgia... Something's definitely cooking.

2. I WILL KMS—DON'T EVEN JOKE. LADS, AN OT7 PERFORMANCE WILL PUT ME IN A COMA.

3. No way they took it seriously. They're genuinely giving spoilers about everything. The staff must be like, "Please don't expose anything."

4. 2026 Season's Greetings? A year-end event? Please spill some tea! I'm frustrated too.

5. Jungkook wanted to spoil so badly. Babe, please, one drunk live. I beg you.

6. I'm telling y'all. It's Run BTS! because Taehyung kept asking for it and Namjoon also talked about it.

7. Oh, Jungkookie, we've grown up together. You think we wouldn't know? With this many spoilers you've given, you're filming Run BTS!

8. Only a few more days. Jungkook is a strong warrior, haha.

9. It's frustrating for me too. Run BTS!? Bon Voyage? In The Soop?

10. Jungkook is always on our side. Please let him speak. Just share the frustration with us, JK.

11. Well, at least they're as frustrated as we are—if not more—about the wait time.

12. Even Jungkook can't take it anymore. HYBE, please make an announcement already. We've been waiting too long for BTS's blockbuster comeback.
