J-Hope is waiting for spring.

Q: You often read many letters from ARMY on Weverse. You've mentioned that you get a lot of inspiration from their small wishes like "I hope J-Hope does this in the future."

๐Ÿฟ : One of those wishes was a solo concert, and I was finally able to hold one this year. I once read a message saying, "When you're discharged, it'll be around the Korea series season, so I hope you can throw the first pitch." And I actually got to do that. I seriously think over the things ARMY hope for, one by one.

Q: If you had to choose one unforgettable moment from your first solo world tour, HOPE ON THE STAGE, what would it be?

๐Ÿฟ : Every moment was precious, but the one that remains most vivid for me is singing the ending song "Safety Zone," in the second and final day of the tour. The song asks, "where is the safe place where I can truly rest?" and by singing it at the end, I was able to fully express my sincere feeling that "the place where I feel the safest is this stage where we are together."

Q: This year, it felt like you especially expressed love in many diverse ways through your songs and performances.

๐Ÿฟ : I thought the theme of love was the most suitable for showing a more mature version of myself. Love is something everyone needs, yet at the same time, it's the emotion we all lack the most. And love comes in many forms. Among them, I approached it from the place most familiar to people, choosing a way to naturally weave in maturity without making it difficult to understand. In the end, I think it showed well what "J-Hope's love songs" feel like.

Q: Last summer, BTS finally gathered in LA to prepare for a new album to get her. What was that time like?

๐Ÿฟ : Wow, spending time all together again after so long brought back so many memories, and it felt really great. We were also able to comfortably talk about things we hadn't been able to share while we were apart. It was a healthy, meaningful time that will be a gift help for our future group activities. And it had been a while since we all sat down to get her and ate a lot, too (laughs.)

Q: Ever since the time BTS was just about to take off until now, the form of it may have changed, but are you still someone who can't live without "hope"?

๐Ÿฟ : " Hope" has become an important word in my life—one that guides me. Because I talk about hope so often, I always remind myself that I must exist within that hope. In a way, it may be the greatest force that keeps me moving.

Q: We're all waiting for next spring. I imagine it'll be an incredibly powerful and warm spring.

๐Ÿฟ : That warm spring day... I'm looking forward to it as well (laughs.)
