Notably, a person who claimed to have been present in the area where the incident occured also accused fans of other members of being responsible for throwing the phone onto the stage. As these claims spread, people who portrayed themselves as fighting for or protecting Jimin even dragged BigHit Music and SoFi Stadium into the matter. They called for measures to be taken to ensure the artist's safety, posting the message: "Immediate action is needed to ensure Jimin's safety."
Jikookers and pjms are lying and trying to start another victimization party by blaming tkkrs, claiming the person who hit Jimin with a phone on stage was a tkkr, only for it to turn out that the phone was already lying on the stage and Jimin found it and handed it to the staff. https://t.co/Dh7dk7O699 pic.twitter.com/eUbtr2GUlF

Many ARMYs agreed that throwing objects onto the stage is inappropriate and could potentially put the artist in danger. However, they argued that exaggerating the details or falsely blame fans of another member was excessive and misleading. Many also questioned whether some people were creating unnecessary controversy under the guise of protecting Jimin, ultimately disrupting the positive atmosphere among fans within the fandom.
As the debate grew increasingly heated, ARMYs called on other fans to carefully verify photos, videos, and information before getting swept upin meaningless fan wars. Fans left numerous comments discussing the situation:
ARMYs Comments:
● There is absolutely no excuse for throwing anything at idols. However, the fact that they confidently claimed, 'It was Taekook who did it,' explains everything. They just needed to pull something out of their asses to stir up trouble, and they succeeded.
● They are liars. They love creating setup accounts and playing the victims card. If you believe them, ARMY and BTS will only end up getting hurt. Stay vigilant, ARMY!
● People really need to stop twisting facts just to create drama. This is so unnecessary.
● Please check the full context before attacking others. Don't let misinformation divide us.
● No one is defending the person who threw the phone, but spreading false claims is not helping Jimin either.
● ARMY, please stay calm and look at the evidence before jumping to conclusions. We know better than this.
● Some people are clearly trying to turn everything before jumping into conclusions. We know better than this.
● Some people are clearly trying to turn everything into a victimization narrative. It's exhausting.
● Don't let solo fan wars ruin the beautiful stage, but they didn't throw it at Jimin. Yet you're posting lies just to make ARMYs get blamed for not saying something, when they were actually talking about the incident. You should make sure of the facts before posting something like this.
● Whether you're a solo stan, a shipper, or whoever you are, this has really gone way too far! Just imagine if the situation were reversed and it happened to you. How would you feel? Of course Jimin must have been upset, but there's no way he would openly show it in public. It's honestly beyond stupid. They're being incredibly cruel, seriously. And to those of you whose spreading false information, I hope karma comes for you soon.
