BTS's V "White Christmas" sailing smoothly on the UK Official Chart

The Christmas carol by BTS member V is consistently loved on global music charts.

The song "White Christmas (with V of BTS)" by BTS's V and Bing Crosby ranked 47th on the UK Official chart's "Single Sales," marking its entry into the chart for the two consecutive weeks as of December 20 (local time).




The song entered the chart at 10th place for "Vinyl Singles" and 15th place for "Physical Singles," further showcasing the reputation of V, the "Winter Boy."

The success continued on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform. "White Christmas (with V of BTS)" ranked 192nd on the "Weekly Top Songs Global" chart (for the period of December 13 to 19), marking its presence on the charts for two consecutive weeks.




Last month on the 29th, the duet with Park Hyoshin titled "Winter Ahead (with Park Hyoshin)," secured the 68th spot, marking its third consecutive weeks in the chart. With both winter songs prepared for ARMY (fandom name) becoming hits, V's affection for his fans shines even brighter.

Other BTS members have also achieved notable success with their solo songs, Jim's solo album "Happy" features the title track "Running Wild," which remained at 42nd place on the "Weekly Top Songs Global" chart. Jimin's second solo album "MUSE" title track "Who" at 11th place, while Jungkook's first solo single "Seven (feat. Latto)" reached 98th place.




On the "Weekly Top Albums Global" chart, "MUSE" secured 14th spot, while "Happy - :) (Remixes)" was at 49th, and Jungkook's solo album "GOLDEN" came at 51st.

Jin's album "Happy" has also seen great popularity in Japan. In the "Oricon Annual Rankings 2024" (covering the period from December 11, 2023, to December 8, 2024), released on the 20th, it achieved the highest the rank among Korean solo artists' works this year.

The album sold 239,778 copies, placing it 14th in the ranking. Despite being released on November 15, the solid performances in just about three weeks of sales demonstrates Jin's strong popularity.
