"Tears of full group"... J-Hope, a new beginning with 520,000 fans → Goyang sky was moved

As dazzling lights coloured the night sky of Goyang, a heartfelt scene unfolded on stage, blending cheers and tears. J-Hope poured out all the excitement and determination he had held in for so long, sharing emotions with fans who filled the venue. From the energy spreading from his fingertips, the explosive fireworks to his trembling voice, every moment like a new promise, signalling a fresh beginning.

J-Hope met over 524,000 fans through his first solo tour "HOPE ON THE STAGE," performing 33 shows across 16 cities worldwide. Starting at Seoul's Olympic Park KSPO Dome in February, he travelled through North America and Japan, wrapping up the grand journey with concerts on June 13 and 14 at Goyang Sports Complex. The final stage in Goyang was especially meaningful, coinciding with BTS' 12th debut anniversary.

On the first day, BTS members Jin and Jungkook made surprise guest appearances, instantly elevating the energy of the venue. The song "Jamais Vu" was performed live for fans for the first time since 2029, and all other BTS members—RM, Suga, Jimin and V—came to the venue to give J-Hope their heartfelt support. On the second day, R&B singer-songwriter Crush joined the stage, adding a special touch.

During "Trivia : Just Dance," powerful water cannons cooled the heat of the moment, and grand fireworks surrounded the entire stage as the finale. With a lift bridge, open-style stage, and rich special effects, the audience couldn't take their eyes off even for a second. J-Hope said, "I've performed every stage as if it were the last,  but now it really is the final one. Where there is an end, their is also a new beginning," with teary eyes.

J-Hope debuted his digital single "Killin' It Girl" during the tour's final show, expressing his love for the stage and his determination moving forward. "In many ways, there's a connection between you and me. The power of ARMY is what keeps me going," he said emotionally, a confession that captured the passion of the past four months."

Even as the stage fell dark and tons of thousands of lights in the crowd turned off all at once, the lingering emotion remained. The start and end of his first world tour met in full circle, showing a stronger, more mature J-Hope today—and the United heart of BTS as group signalled a new dream once again. Through heartfelt dance and song, the sweat he poured on stage lift up the Goyang sky—the final performance of HOPE ON THE STAGE illuminated the long night.
