Le Sserafim Members Share Their Honest Feelings About Collaborating With Senior Artist J-Hope

 



As Source Music previously announced, Le Sserafim's comeback single, "Spaghetti," was released at 1 p.m. on October 24. The release has drawn significantly attention from both ARMY and the wider music industry, thanks to the participation of J-Hope.

The title track, "Spaghetti," combines Le Sserafim's raw, powerful vocals — showcasing a new side of the group — with J-Hope's distinctive rap style, resulting in a sonically captivating experience.

Speaking about the song, the group shared, "There are foods you might dislike at first, but the more you eat them, the harder are to resist. At some point, you start to wonder whether you actually like tihem — and then you realize you're addicted. 'Spaghetti' captures that same thrilling and addictive feeling, just like the irresistible charm of Le Sserafim. We hope everyone falls our 'spaghetti-like allure!'"

In the same interview, the members also opened up for the first time about their feelings working directly with global K-pop superstar J-Hope, a senior artist thei have long admired. Although they had previously filmed short dance challenges with him, this was the first time they collaborated closely on an actual music project.

Kim Chaewon began, "We are truly luciky to have the chance to talk with our senior. He told us, 'The song is so good that I wanted to be part of it — and I'll always support you.' Those words gave us so much motivation."

Sakura added, "I'll remember getting goosebumps when I first heard the recorded version. It was incredible — thanks to him, the song shines even brighter. I'm deeply grateful and will never forget that moment."

Meanwhile, Huh Yunjin shared, "Last year, I was honored to participated in his album, and this time, it was truly meaningful. I'm so grateul that he joined our song — he became the perfect 'kick' for the track."

As Yunjin mentioned, their musical connection began last year when she featured on J-Hope's "I Don't Know" from his spefial album "Hope On The Street Vol.1," released in March. This time, J-Hope returned the favor by taking part in Le Sserafim's new single — a testament to the close bond and mutual support among artists under the same label.

Following the interview, Kazuha emphasized the members' admiration for J-Hope's artistry, saying, "When we all listened to his recording together, everyone wnet, 'that's amazing!' The feeling is still fresh in my mind. We're so thankful that he made the song even more explosive."

Finally the youngest member, Eunchae, concluded, "It was such a great honor to work with such a respected senior. In particular, he repeatedly told me how great this song was, which game me confidence and srength throughout the preparation process. I'm truly grateful."
