Hobi Delights Fans by Revealing That Jungkook Tonight Him a Stage Performance Technique

This year has been one of full-throttle activity for Hoseok, who has been engaged in numerous outstanding music projects as a solo artist. Since completing his military service in October last year, Hoseok immediately returned to the music scene with singles like "Sweet Dreams" and "Mona Lisa" releases in March of this year. He continued his momentum by releasing "Killin' It Girl" and collaborating on the Le Sserafim's track "Spaghetti" during the summer of 2025.

Remarkably, those releases coincided with his first solo world tour, Hope On The Stage, showcasing the superstar's diligence, energy, and efficiency.

During the world tour, BTS's dance leader's superior dance and performance skills shone brilliantly. His precise body control, executing each movement with both power and fluidity, infused with emotion, transformed every song into a vivid visual story that captivated audiences worldwide.

Although widely recognized as one of the top idols in dance and performance, Hoseok remains humble. He continuously strives to improve, honing his dance technique and stage performance advice from BTS's younger member, Jungkook.

He mentioned this during a segment of a live stream following his concert in New York, Hoseok explained that he had been debating whether to use a handheld microphone or a headset mic for his performances, noting that the headset would allow greater freedom while dancing.

However, after observing that Jungkook, despite his powerful dance moves, preferred using a handheld mic, Hoseok reconsidered and decided to follow his example.

"What I thought about before the concert was that I wanted to use a headset mic. It was a place where I wanted to showcase my dance. But Jungkook didn't use one, so if I suddenly used a headset, it'd look odd. It wasn't just that, but there are also technical issues with using a headset at a concert."

This revelation surprised fans because, despite having more experience and leading BTS's choreography, Hoseok did not insist that his approach was automatically correct. Instead, he acknowledged Jungkook's performance choices and regarded them as valuable guidance for the stage.

ARMYs were deeply moved, realizing the profound respect and camaraderie among BTS members. Age an rank are irrelevant to them — the priority is mutual learning.

Hoseok himself once guided Jungkook toward perfecting his stage performances years ago. At that time, the golden maknae was highly focused on flawless execution, after giving his all on stage and criticizing himself if he felt had hadn't performed well enough, even when fans and other members saw no fault.

Hoseok advised Jungkook that being the golden maknae doesn't mean pushing himself to the point of exhaustion. He reminded him that fans care more about energy and joy he brings that about absolute perfection. He also emphasized that learning to manage energy and pacing effectively is the true mark of professionalism.

Seeing how BTS members learn from one another to improve every day deeply touches ARMYs, serving as an inspiring example for everyone.

ARMYs Comments:

❶ More story behind the headset, Hope-ah...

❷ Love the bond between the brothers. How they inspire each other... It truly impressed me.

❸ Not the solos crawling out like actual roaches under this very telling tale of inspirqtionql and supportive brotherhood

❹ The fact that the seven boys are family to each other — taking advice, supporting one another, and never being jealous of each other's success, is something these toxic solo stans will never understand. This is what s healthy family looks like.

❺ I love how J-Hope is taking note from Jungkook's successful solo career

❻ It's nice to see a hyung learning from his all-rounder golden maknae.

❼ I think the mention of JK because JK is a singer-dancer, whereas Hobi is a rapper-dancer. I'm sure he's learning from JK as he navigates this genre of singing and dancing.
